Employment Opportunity - Technical Sales Executive

We are looking for a well-groomed female technical Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and to expand our customer base.

You will serve as the focal point of contact for clients and communicate with them in person, by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

Essential skills and attributes are:

B.Sc degree or similar technical qualification with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
Numerate and analytical with a demonstrated research capability
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and especially on the phone
High level of computer literacy
A detailed, scrupulous, and responsible nature

Responsibilities include:

Visit/contact existing clients on a regular basis, maintaining meticulous records in our database
Handle requests for quotes from clients, prepare bids, compile proposals, draw up contracts, and negotiate with clients
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer relations
Stay up-to-date with our products/services/solutions
Conduct competitor analysis, research, plan and implement marketing and business development campaigns
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Manage website and respond to enquiries
